CSA Cohabitation

We had a telephone call from a woman who needed to find out where her husband was. He had left her along with the kids but had not given her a forwarding address. She told us that although he came to see their youngsters when a week he didn’t give her any money for them and without an address for him she could not give his particulars to the CSA. He had changed his job when he left and she didn't know exactly where he was operating now. The only time she knew where he was was when he came to see the youngsters.

We decided that to find out where he was living and operating we should fit a tracking device to his vehicle. This would tell us exactly where he was staying and where he was working. The vehicle belonged to our client so we could fit the device when he subsequent came to go to the children. We suggested the device really should remain on the vehicle for two weeks. This would guarantee a superb pattern of movements from the automobile.

We identified the data within the first week and using a couple of follow up telephone calls confirmed the information was right. We removed the device right after two weeks and our client could give the information to the CSA. Our client then decided she wanted to know if he was cohabitating with another woman. We carried out surveillance on the home address we had located for him. Right after 3 sessions of six hour slots we had sufficient evidence of cohabitation for our client to take to her solicitor.

We have considering that discovered out that she has filed for divorce on the ground of adultery and that he left her for this new woman. He has had to pay all of the arrears from the CSA.

If you are all about military history or the Roman Empire you must visit the Wall in Staffordshire. The site was a Roman military staging post. Posts such as this were critical in enforcing Roman control throughout the empire as this were the "refuelling" points where soldiers, officials and messengers came to spend the night and get a fresh pair of hooves. This is a great place for learning or a day out of town to unwind.
